Cancellation policy and refunds

Fees will be refunded if notification of cancellation is received by email minus an administration fee as follows:

Cancelation Before 25th March: free cancelation, minus bank charges

Cancelation Before 6th May: reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee, minus bank charges

Cancelation From 7th May: No refunds will be made
